On Thursday (April 7), New York emcee Action Bronson announced his seventh official studio album, Cocodrillo Turbo, and dropped the official video for the record’s lead single “SubZero.”

“I first came up with this album while in the water,” Bronson explained upon announcing the record. “I’ve spent many lifetimes in the water. I’m just a water man. I was born in the water, I’m a water sign.”

Cocodrillo Turbo is slated for release later this month on April 29. The album includes guest appearances from Conway The Machine, Roc Marciano, Hologram, and Meyhem Lauren, with production from frequent collaborators The Alchemist, Daringer, Roc Marciano, and Bronson himself.

“It’s on like it’s never been on before I promise,” Bronson wrote on Instagram alongside the album artwork. “Dr. Baklava is back again.”

The “SubZero” music video is directed by veteran filmmaker, James Larese, captures Bronson’s signature lighthearted, playful style, as the Queens rapper boogie-boards through a flooded city, dodging bullets from armored planes and fleeing away from angry crocodiles.
