On a recent episode of Salute The Sample, Greg Nice of Nice & Smooth reveals that he is now touring with rap super group, The Alumni, which includes Monie Love, Kwamé, Special Ed, Chubb Rock and Dana Dane. The crew of Hip-Hop "neo-classic" legends, not only perform together but also will record new songs as a group.

"We doin' shows across the country, we been doin' it for the last four or five years," Greg said. "It's been a good look. It's like lookin' at the Temptations of Hip-Hop."

Greg explained that the legendary golden era acts come on stage together and take turns performing their hits.

"It's been awesome. It's similar to how you have a DJ today who plays a record, then he gets to the chorus and throws another record on," he said. "It's the same kind of feel. You're gettin' hits back to back it's amazing."
