Soles of the City is a new documentary directed by Set Free Richardson; and the project, which is currently in production, chronicles the Wallabee shoe and its influence on New York and Hip-Hop culture. The film includes firsthand accounts from some of the culture's biggest personalities; like Ghostface Killah, the self proclaimed "Wallabee Champ," Raekwon, Styles P and many more. The film also chronicles how Jamaican immigrants wore the shoe out of a need for comfort and an alternative to sneakers.

"The first people I remember seeing wearing Wallies was the Jamaicans and old school cats from my hood," said Raekwon.

Director Set Free Richardson shared: "When music cultures adopt a product it helps build a legacy. For me me thats what Hip Hop did for the Wallabee. He added: "I chose a cast that would reflect that, because I wanted people that are really fans of the brand and also know the New York history."

"To us, culture and community have always been at the center of the Clarks brand," Clark's Global Chief Marketing and Digital Officer Tara McRae revealed. "We're proud to be celebrating the rich history the Wallabee shares with the iconic city and across music, fashion and art."
