Photographer Joe Conzo has released the final edition of his popular book Born In The Bronx.

The 240 page book comes signed by Joe Conzo and is available for order. In an interview with Rock The Bells, Conzo explains this latest pressing. "The first edition was released in 2007," he recounted. "We released an expanded second edition with Rock The Bells, Beyond The Streets and 1Run a few years ago and this edition is really the second edition of the second edition. There's a couple thousand copies in this run and that's it."

Born In The Bronx has become a favorite amongst music lovers and collectors. It contains vintage flyers as well as photography by Conzo who has been dubbed "The man who took Hip-Hop's baby pictures."

Conzo says that he loves Hip-Hop, but that its time to work on other projects, and share his love of other forms of music. "People don't realize that if I wasn't with the Cold Crush Brothers [Conzo, then known as Joey Kane was their personal photographer], I was with my father photographing Celia Cruz, Tito Puente, and Eddie Palmieri. It's time for me to share my love of that music and culture as well.

Conzo revealed that a special run of no more than 200 copies of Born In The Bronx will be released in January. This run will contain books with all black covers and a gold "Born In The Bronx" logo on the front. There will also be signed photographs and possibly flyers he says.
