Master P Announces 25th Anniversary No Limit Tour: "Bringing the Fans All the Hits"

On Friday (June 9), P announced the No Limit Reunion Tour; and southern rap superstars Trick Daddy, Silkk the Shocker, Mystikal, Fiend and Mia X will be taking the stage alongside the No Limit colonel. This tour is to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the 1997 No Limit Tour.

“We are bringing the fans all the hits from the No Limit catalog,” Master P said in a press release. “This is a blessing that we’re still friends and still able to get onstage together. Twenty-five years later, we couldn’t do it without them.”

P launched No Limit Records in the early 1990s in Richmond, California; before relocating the label back to his native New Orleans and focusing on homegrown talent. No Limit's popularity exploded in 1997, as albums by P, T.R.U., Mia X and Mystikal saw platinum successes and the label became one of the biggest in Hip-Hop.

A full schedule has yet to be announced, but the tour is expected to kick off September 16 at FLA Live Arena.
