Prodigy of Mobb Deep's posthumous album The Hegelian Dialect 2: Book of Heroine drops this Friday (9/30), and the project is stacked with high-profile features.

Remy Ma, Big Daddy Kane, Faith Evans, and DJ Premier are among the artists and producers who appear on the 12-track album. The project was led by the single, "You Will See" featuring Berto Ric, while the DJ Premier-produced song and animated video "Walk Out" was released earlier this month.

Prodigy's estate describes the upcoming album as part of a trilogy, with the third installment, The Book of The Dead, expected to arrive in 2023.

Due to legal disputes with his estate, only Return of The MacProduct of The 80’s and Prodigy's Mobb Deep recordings have been available for the last three years. The estate, which consists of Prodigy’s family and close former associates, signed a management deal with NorthStar Group's L. Londell McMillan and a distribution deal with Warner Music Group's ADA to re-release the rest of his albums to streaming services for digital purchase.

“We are extremely thankful to all the fans for understanding the circumstances that our family had to professionally control at a time of grief, and for the kind words of encouragement we received from many of you," the estate said via a statement. "We would also like to thank the community of Hip-Hop artists who came together to help us assemble Prodigy’s last projects. The music belongs to all of you and we are glad we can make it available again and forever.”

Havoc of Mobb Deep recently told Rock The Bells that a new Mobb Deep album is also "in the works."
