Riding high off seven back-to-back shows in New York City for his It's All a Blur Tour, Drake announced that his new album, For All The Dogs will be dropping in a couple of weeks.

"Make new friends. If you drink, drink some liquor. If you smoke, smoke some weed. And if you like somebody, like my dad says, keep f-cking," he told the crowd during his last NYC show on Wednesday (July 26). "I will be back soon. I have a album dropping for you in, like, two weeks or some sh-t. But until then, just know, you're always with me and I'm always thinking of you. Everything I do is for you. Every time I step in that booth, I hope I make you proud."

Drake made the announcement about his forthcoming album last month, when he shared the titles of his poetry book, Titles Ruin Everything, A Stream of Consciousness by Kenza Samir and Aubrey Graham.

"I made an album to go with the book," he said. "They say they miss the old Drake — girl, don't tempt me," he wrote, before concluding the post with "FOR ALL THE DOGS" in all caps.

During his seven night run in NYC, which kicked off on July 17 at the Barclay Center in Brooklyn, several stars showed up to support, including Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry and his wife, Ayesha Curry. Lil Yachty also made an appearance. The night after his run launched, Drake posted a photo of him hugged up with rising rapper Sexxy Red, as spotted by HipHopWired. He captioned the picture with, "Just met my rightful wife," which caused a lot of conversation.
