Super rap group Mount Westmore (Too $hort, E-40, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg) recently had a sit down with LL COOL J for ROCK THE BELLS and discussed a slew of topics, including their new self-titled album and what it truly means to put your work out there for public consumption.

"As I've grown older I understand we're artists," Ice Cube said. "When you're an artist, who gives a fuck what people think? You paint your picture, you put it on the wall, and you walk the fuck away and do your next picture. And let people walk by it, and say 'That's bullshit,' or 'I love it.' But it don't matter because you're doing the next one anyway."

Beyond chopping it up with Hip-Hop super groups, LL has been busy. Recently, he helped President Biden and the First Lady light the towering National Christmas Tree near the White House. During an interview, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer was asked about his favorite Christmas song. Not surprisingly, he — like hundreds of millions of others — pointed to Mariah Carey's "All I want For Christmas Is You."
