Jeezy and DJ Drama Announce New Project 'Snofall'

Jeezy has a new album set to drop with DJ Drama this month, Snofall.

The project continues the longtime connection between Jeezy and Drama. The pair have a long history of collaborating, setting the tone for the sound of trap music with their 2005 Trap or Die Gangsta Grillz mixtape. Last month, they released the party single and video, "I Ain't Gon Hold Ya." The video, directed by Jonnyraw, features the two of them hanging out with some women in front of a bandana-covered couch, interspersed with shots of them in front of the always-popular Atlanta strip club Magic City.

Drama has breathed new life into his classic Gangsta Grillz series, which was shot to popularity with his Jeezy collaborations. Most recently, he announced he's teaming up with Snoop Dogg to release I Still Got It. The Snoop collaboration follows Drama's recent projects including one with Symba, Results Take Time, as well as the surprise D-Day mixtape with J. Cole and Dreamville.

As for Jeezy, he appeared at the 2022 BET Hip Hop Awards during Yo Gotti’s CMG set, where he announced the anticipated project with a commercial spot.

Snofall is due out Oct. 21.
